Utilizing the natural beauty of the property, a limited number of unique camping experiences ranging from furnished bell tents to shift pod tents will be available as part of the FORMAT experience.
We invite you to immerse yourself with overnight accommodations at Camp FORMAT, a high end campsite directly on the festival grounds with a private lounge, games, local food and beverage offerings, and other special surprises through the weekend. Camp FORMAT sits peacefully along a beautiful tree lined creek and is only a 2 minute walk to the entrance. The Bell Tent option is our most luxurious offering with a comfortable bed, hot showers and nice bathrooms, 24 hour concierge, and much more. Details can be found below.

Starting at just over $2800.00 per person, our limited quantity FORMAT Destination Experience Hotel Packages will secure you BOTH a FORMAT Festival Pass, and accommodations in a chic boutique hotel located mere minutes from the FORMAT Festival Grounds, all with exclusive perks that you cannot get anywhere else! (Please note this is a per person rate minimum, and each room must include a bundle of two)
Your Destination Experience Hotel Package includes:
- 3-Day FORMAT Festival Pass (choose VIP or Platinum at check out)
- Four nights’ accommodation at the exclusive hotel 21C Museum Hotel in Bentonville, located within a few miles of the festival grounds (Check in September 22, Check Out September 26)
Bentonville offers a wide range of hotels to choose from and are all between 5-7 minutes from the Festival site making it very easy to travel back and forth as needed. These hotels give you an opportunity to experience the festival, but also come back to a comfortable room every night, and give you easy access to spend time throughout the area during your stay.
